Rental Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

Rental Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be 21 years or older
Must have a major credit card in your name.

Rental Period
One 22 hour period constitutes a rental day.

Required Items at Rental Pickup
At the time of rental, you must have with you a Driver's License, and a credit card unless paying cash for deposit & rental

Rental Authorizations
On the day of your rental pickup, your credit or debit card will be charged a rental authorization. Once the rental is complete, the authorization is released should there not be any incidental charges. Authorization usually take up to 2-5 business days to release. The authorization amount is dependent on the chosen vehicle.
We then hold $1,000 of the deposit an additional 30 days after the vehicles is returned in the event there are unknown parking tickets / toll route charges

Airport Pickup & Drop-off
For our Toronto location, we offer airport pickup and drop-off service to Pearson airport for an additional fee of $200.00

Cancellation Policy
A reservation must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the original pick-up or delivery date in order not be charged 50% of the rental charges

Additional Drivers
Additional drivers are not allowed unless otherwise agree'd by VIP Exotics at the time of rental or in advance

Late Charge
We do offer a 30-miniunte grace period. If you exceed by more than 30-miniunte, an hourly late charge will apply to each hour late. Maximum 3 hours permitted, after the 3rd hour an additional full day rate will be applied.

Vehicle Delivery
We offer vehicle delivery and pickup services for your convenience at an additional charge. Please inquire for more details

Driving Area Restrictions
We do not allow vehicles to be driven outside the province of Ontario unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Smoking Policy
For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if this policy is violated.

Off-Roading
No matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, drive it on a racetrack or be involved in any illegal exhibitions of speed.

Payment Methods
We accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, AMEX or Discover. In some cases, cashier's check or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged.
